Position Overview: We are seeking an analytical Program Manager to oversee a team of 15 highly skilled individuals, offering the government an array of services such as Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Visualization, Documentation and Communication, Training, and Technical Support.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and organizational objectives are met.
Provide a gap analysis of client capabilities as it relates to overall process deficiencies that includes identification of gaps in existing process and software deficiencies in existing client capabilities, including COTS, cloud-based and open-source software, and general business process improvement strategies.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with a current DoD Secret clearance.
Supervisory Experience: At least 5 years of experience supervising analytical support services contracts of similar dollar value and complexity.
IT Experience: At least 9 years of experience in IT, analytical, or application development.
Certification: Must have and maintain a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum certification.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or related field.
Location: Must reside within a commutable distance of Alexandria, VA in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule.
