Info Gain Consulting is seeking a skilled DevOps/Technical Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of individuals in the areas of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large and complex data sets, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations that provide insights and drive decision-making.

Responsibilities Include:

• The Data Analytics Lead should serve as the APS project's primary data expert and
  statistician. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of APS data analysis tasks and activities that involve the APS population, data ingestion, data processing, and outputs.
• The Data Analytics Lead should also support determining areas of concern and implement strategies for overall data quality and integrity improvement, as well as analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on APS & vendor data regarding quality, integrity, and outputs. Analysis should also include optimization, ingestion, formatting, normalizing, computation, and data translation.
• The Data Analytics Lead is also responsible for conducting data pilots to evaluate new and potential data sources and recommend and advise the Government on data acquisition strategies to advance APS.
• The Data Analytics Lead should use various industry-accepted tools, standards, and methodologies in data structures, mathematics, and statistics to conduct analysis and determine quality strategies.
• The Data Analytics Lead should possess knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical tools for analyzing large datasets.
• The Data Analytics Lead should have experience presenting findings in standard formats geared to Business Owners and non-technical personnel.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• The Data Analytics Lead should have experience as a data analyst on complex data
  systems—technical expertise in data models, database design development, and data mining.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• The Data Analytics Lead should have substantial experience and knowledge of
  analytics and reporting tools and data management. The Data Analytics Lead should have an undergraduate or master's degree in I.T. and management. A background in Medicare and Medicaid data analysis is preferred.
