Program Manager - Law-enforcement & Intelligence
Position Summary
IGC is seeking a Program Manager to provide overall program management and strategic oversight for a federal law enforcement and intelligence program. The individual will serve as the primary program interface, align work with mission objectives, timelines, and budget, and lead multidisciplinary teams supporting analytical and technical initiatives.Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned contract tasks.
- Manage project schedules, risks, communications, quality, and interdependencies.
- Coordinate with program stakeholders on priorities, performance metrics, reporting, and decision support.
- Oversee contractor staffing, work assignments, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, applicable federal policies, and laws and regulations.
- Lead development and maintenance of program plans, roadmaps, governance artifacts, risk and issue processes, and communications planning.
- Support timely kickoff materials, monthly status reporting, license-utilization reporting, quarterly performance reporting, and transition or closeout activities.
- Coordinate plans and activities supporting the secure, lawful, and accountable use of publicly available information capabilities.
- Coordinate a portfolio of technology pilots and prototypes, track progress and risks, and support transition decisions.
- Coordinate any proposed use of AI-enabled tools with applicable disclosure, approval, compliance, and risk-management requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Eight or more years of program or project management experience, including at least three years leading federal programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams on complex analytical or technical efforts.
- Experience supporting federal, law-enforcement, intelligence, or similar programs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal security clearance.
Preferred Qualification
- Project or program management certification, such as PMP or an equivalent certification.
Background Investigation and Access
- Ability to complete applicable federal background-investigation, facility-access, system-access, and security requirements.
- On-site computer access may require completion of the applicable background investigation.
- Ability to protect sensitive and regulated information and comply with restrictions on access, use, disclosure, and retention.
